New Year Inspired
The holiday season makes it easy to unplug and step away from the computer screen for a few days. Reopening mine this morning and browsing Pinterest got my creative juices flowing again. With the new year approaching, I couldn't help but feel excited about the idea of a clean slate.
2014 was wonderful and hectic (graduating, moving, starting a new job, etc). With all these events that happened, my priorities and tastes have slowly changed. I want 2015 to be the year that I get into a healthy routine, find what makes me happy and keep growing as a designer.
For starters, I desperately need to clean out my closet. I have certain pieces that I haven't worn since college and that is probably for a reason. I also want to explore the idea of starting a personal project and freelancing more. My new branding for my website update was a lot of fun to create and I'm excited to start another similar venture. Maybe I'll learn how to be a better cook, find an exercise partner, read a few more books, or switch up my apartment decor. Whatever it may be, I'm looking forward to see what 2015 will bring.
Happy New Year!
